Climate change is having a dramatic effect on North American bird species. Warming temperatures, storms, shifting seasons, changing participation, as well as eroding coast lines and rising sea levels, are impacting birds.
This exhibition illustrates some common bird on the south California coast – many are declining and or shifting distribution due to climate change while others appear unaffected and even increasing in some areas.
